Go to your keyboard shortcuts (Edit >Keyboard Shortcuts) click in Layer and find the Arrange> subsection under which you will find Reverse – add whatever keyboard shortcut you want in there and accept. Go back out into you layers, select all the ones you want to reverse and then user your new keyboard shortcut. Genius! And serious timesaver!!
